What is Metabolic Balance?
Metabolic Balance program, originated in Germany & USA, is a scientifically proven nutritional concept based on individual blood values to offer each patient a unique nutrition plan to stable blood sugar, balance hormone, improve digestive system, reduce inflammation, maintain healthy body weight and slow down body aging process.

How does Metabolic Balance work?
A unique individual nutrition plan will be divided into 4 phases which usually required 8-12 weeks to detox body, reset metabolism and prepare the body to adapt to the new healthy routine until it reaches its balanced stage.
Usually, after the first 16 days, patient will feel the positive changes in the body immediately (i.e. better sleep, improve digestive system, stable blood sugar, increase energy level, etc). After 8-12 weeks, the metabolism and insulin production will return to a healthy level and, as the result, patient will learn to become familiar with the body\’s inner hunger signals and will be able to identify the foods the body really needs. At this stage the patient will be recommended to retake blood test to compare the full positive results.
Below is an example of a nutrition plan for an overweight male patient (42 years old, BMI = 45.2 kg/m2 – Obese Class III, High Blood Pressure and Asthma):
